Christmas-themed Guided Tour

Join us for our 4th annual Christmas-themed guided tour at Mission San Luis Rey. Learn how the Luiseño commemorated the winter solstice, the origin of our Christmas traditions and the relationship with Saint Francis of Assisi, and discover how Christmas was celebrated in California in the years of the old Missions. Stay at the end to sing the song for the posadas, a Hispanic tradition, while enjoying a cup of hot chocolate.
