4th Grade Field Trip Form

Thank you for choosing Mission San Luis Rey for your Mission field trip. To book your 4^th grade tour, please complete and submit this form. You will be contacted by a museum representative to confirm your requested date. Please plan for your field trip at least 6 weeks in advance.

Admission for 4^th grade group tours is $4 per person (students, teachers, chaperones)

Payment is due on the day of the tour at check-in. We accept credit card payments, checks, and cash

The tour begins at 10:00 am. Check-in is at 9:45. Please check in at the Museum desk.
