Refund Policy

Return and/or Cancellation Policy

Retreats:

1. Group/individuals requesting a retreat or use of the Mission San Luis Rey Retreat Center facilities will submit a deposit in the amount of 25% of the total charge for the retreat/facilities within 30 days of signing contract.
2. Contracts will be considered void and cancelled in those cases in which a deposit is not received within 30 days of signing a contract.
3. Groups/individuals may cancel their contract up to 30 days prior to the retreat/use of the facilities without penalty. All deposits will be reimbursed in full.
4. Groups/individuals canceling retreats/use of the facilities less than 30 days prior to the contracted date will forfeit all deposits paid.
